Our first scholarship recipient
Meet Ava Marasch
From Watertown High School to a future in art and education

The WHS Gosling Alumni Giving Fund is proud to introduce Ava Marasch, our very first scholarship recipient.
A Watertown High School graduate, Ava is pursuing her education at the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design (MIAD), with a goal of combining her love of art with a future in teaching.
For Ava, art is more than a passion. It is a way to connect, inspire, and make a difference.
A passion for art and teaching
Ava hopes to become an educator who inspires future generations of students and makes the same kind of positive impact that her own teachers have made on her.
It is a fitting beginning for the Gosling Alumni Giving Fund: supporting a Watertown graduate who is taking her talents, creativity, and aspirations into the world—and hopes to give back through the next generation.
The first of many
Ava holds a special place in the history of the fund as our first-ever scholarship recipient. Her scholarship was presented by Sue Will and Julie Chapman, both proud graduates of the Watertown High School Class of 1984 and members of the fund’s board.
For the alumni who created this fund, supporting Ava represents a connection between generations of Goslings and a belief in the potential of the students who will follow.
Please join us in congratulating Ava on this important achievement and wishing her every success in the next chapter of her journey.
Ava is just the beginning
The Gosling Alumni Giving Fund was created to help Watertown High School graduates pursue their educational dreams. With the support of alumni, families, and friends, we can continue building a tradition of giving that reaches students for years to come.
