Board President
Scott Pompe, a 1984 graduate of Watertown High School is the principal at Pompeii Media Partners LLC, specializing in organizational structure including fractional leadership, mergers & acquisitions, sales and diversified media revenue execution. Scott is also a Co-Founder in CPM Ventures LLC which is focused on “modernizing local media.” Previously he held senior level positions with Journal Communications, Tribune Co, The Los Angeles Times, Cox Communications, Gatehouse Media, and Gannett Co. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point and currently serves as a board member for Pantheon Industries-New Berlin, WI and Audio Ventures-Tampa, FL. Scott formerly held board positions with the USPS- MTAC, California Newspaper Association, and the Greater Phoenix Leadership and Chamber of Commerce. Scott’s experience will serve the WHS Gosling Alumni Giving Fund with non-profit organizational structure, leadership, fundraising, marketing, and local engagement.

Board Vice-President
Dave Weiland is a member of the Class of 1984 of Watertown High School. Dave is a 1984 recipient of the Joe Davies Scholarship. Dave received his undergraduate degree from UW-Madison. Dave received Master degrees from Aurora University and UW-Madison. Dave taught for 30 years in Oconomowoc, WI and 6 years on US military bases in Italy and Japan. Dave is a former adjunct professor for Aurora University and UW-LaCrosse. Dave has past experience as the president of the Oconomowoc Education Association, OHS Drama Mamas & Papas, and Kadena Shogun Volleyball Club. Dave believes strongly in giving back to the school and community that provided him an opportunity for higher education many years ago. Dave will serve as a director of the WHS Gosling Alumni Giving Fund with responsibilities including community outreach and education, fundraising, corporate governance, and grant and gift issuance.

Board Treasurer
Sue Will is a proud graduate of Watertown High School, Class of 1984. Sue received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Sue received a Master degree from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse. Sue retired from teaching after 35 plus years in education. She taught in several Wisconsin school districts including 2 years at St. Henry’s in Watertown and 22 years at Riverside Middle School in Watertown. Sue continues to participate in the community as a substitute teacher and volunteers in other community activities. Sue has continued to fill her role as class president of the class of 1984 and continues to help organize class reunions every 5 years. As the parent of a past WHS scholarship recipient, Sue understands the value these awards bring to students and their families. Sue’s role in the WHS Gosling Alumni Giving Fund will include community education, class outreach and record keeping.

Board Secretary
Julie Chapman is a graduate of Watertown High School, Class of 1984. She is an audiologist with Advocate Aurora Health. She received undergraduate degrees as well as master’s (MS Audiology) from UW Madison and completed her Doctor of Audiology (AuD) through ATSU Arizona School of Health Sciences in 2009. Julie is a dedicated community member who has served in various volunteer positions within the Watertown school district, Main Street Program and currently as a Watertown Parks and Recreation commissioner. She has a deep appreciation for the impact of local scholarship support. As the parent of past WHS scholarship recipients, she understands firsthand the value these awards bring to students and their families. Julie is passionate about giving back and is committed to helping future WHS graduates access the same opportunities her family has benefited from. As a board member, Julie will support community outreach initiatives, fundraising efforts, local business and civic engagement, and alumni outreach..

Board Member
Sharon Kieffer is a graduate of the 1984 Class of Watertown High School and holds an MBA and a BBA from the Wisconsin School of Business. Sharon currently is the Managing Partner of Loft Growth Partners, an investment firm dedicated to partnering with entrepreneurs and mission-driven businesses in the consumer products sector. Previously she held several executive positions at PepsiCo and Kraft Foods where she led domestic and global marketing and innovation efforts. Sharon possesses extensive experience in corporate governance and has served on the board of directors for nine companies. Sharon has a firsthand understanding of the direct impact of local scholarship support having served as the administrator of the Maury Kieffer Scholarship Fund for five years. As director of the WHS Gosling Alumni Giving Fund, she will draw upon her leadership, marketing and fundraising experience to build scholarship support for the graduates of Watertown High School.

Board Member
Maribeth Kuzmeski is a graduate of Watertown High School’s Class of 1984. She served as a trustee of the Joe Davies Scholarship Foundation in Watertown for 15 years, including five years as its President. Maribeth is founder and President of Red Zone Marketing, a consulting firm serving the financial services industry, has authored nine books, is an international keynote speaker, and a Professor of Marketing at Oklahoma State University. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, an MBA from The George Washington University, and a PhD in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University. In her role as a director of the WHS Gosling Alumni Giving Fund, Maribeth will draw on her experience in marketing and foundation leadership to support community involvement and fundraising efforts for the benefit of WHS students.

Board Member
Ken Frohling is a graduate of Watertown High School, Class of 1984. Ken earned a BA in Economics from UW-Madison. Ken is the founder of Keystone Travel Consulting and a Director at Sustainable Travel International. He was also a management founder of Viator.com and post acquisition, a senior executive with Tripadvisor focusing on global partnerships. Ken has a passion for travel and exploration, having visited over 150 countries and strongly believes education and exploration contributes to a better world. In his role as a director of the WHS Gosling Alumni Giving Fund, Ken will draw on his experience in business and community development to engage and encourage scholarship support for the benefit of Watertown High School students

Board Member
Dr. Paul Mastoridis is a seasoned CEO, executive, and board member with over 25 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He has successfully led high-impact teams in clinical development and medical affairs, driving the advancement of automated technologies that enhance patient experience and expand pharmaceutical product offerings.
Dr. Mastoridis holds a Doctor of Pharmacy and a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, along with a Fellowship in Immunology and Transplantation from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Microbiology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Throughout his distinguished career in the pharmaceutical industry, he has spearheaded groundbreaking innovations, including securing patents for the first AI technology capable of differentiating asthma from COPD. Under his leadership, Novartis introduced the first smart add-on device for respiratory products, which significantly improved medication adherence, reducing exacerbations, hospitalizations, and mortality rates. This pioneering technology was successfully commercialized in 18 countries.
Beyond his corporate achievements, Dr. Mastoridis is deeply committed to business and community development. He will be actively involved in educational initiatives, leveraging his expertise to inspire and promote scholarship opportunities for students at Watertown High School, where he graduated in 1984.

Board Member
Tom Kileen is a graduate of Watertown Senior High, Class of 1984. Tom has over 30 years of business experience working and investing across a spectrum of companies, from early stage to Fortune 500 size businesses. After completing his MBA, Tom went to work for Pillsbury, the food businesses managed in the US for UK based Diageo PLC. After working within a variety of business units in finance roles, Tom moved into business development, working on international acquisition and divestiture projects for the company. Tom left the corporate environment for a start-up he founded with a partner, Nicollet Capital Investors. Nicollet went on to create a publicly traded Income Fund, listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. After building a diversified fund, Nicollet eventually sold its stake and Tom moved on to work with and invest in a variety of early-stage businesses in food and consumer products. Tom went on to lead Faribault Woolen Mills, a Minnesota based textile manufacturing business. As CEO he led the effort to strengthen the management team, re-organize manufacturing and re-align consumer and military marketing opportunities. Tom holds a BS and MBA in Business from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. As a director of the WHS Gosling Alumni Giving Fund, Tom will utilize his experience in business and philanthropy to build scholarship support for the benefit of Watertown High School graduates.

Board Member
David Nagy is a retired Certified Public Accountant with over forty years of experience in both public accounting and as a leader of the finance division of MyPath, a multi-state human services provider serving children and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. He currently holds the positions of Chairman of the Board of Productive Living Systems, Inc. and Treasurer/Secretary of the New Berlin Soap Box Derby Commission. Prior board positions include the Board of Governors of The ESOP Association and the ProHealth Care Foundation. Although not an alumni of WHS, Dave’s past involvement with mission-driven organizations will be a plus in supporting the mission of the WHS Gosling Alumni Giving Fund. The focus of his role will be in support of the Treasurer in the areas of accounting, financial management, and compliance reporting with federal and state governmental entities.
